The exhibitions we curate worldwide represent approximately 100 different artist’s work. We work with over 200 artists from all over Zimbabwe – from world-renowned established artists to the young apprentices.  We display over 100 large sculptures within the grounds of the gardens from a selection of up to 80 different artists, so every piece is unique.  Once sold the piece is replaced with another sculpture, perhaps by a different artist, therefore the exhibition revolves constantly.  Your experience the first day of the show may not be the same sensation you have visiting again.

With over 200 small pieces from hand-held to table-top displayed in our Market Place, we promise that there will be something for everyone!

We spend 7 months touring Zimbabwe, collecting work from over 8 different regions and up to 5 months exhibiting worldwide.  It is important to travel to the different regions as this is how we are able to show such a wide variety of stone.  As ‘most’ buyers only visit Zimbabwe for a few weeks, we are able to observe as pieces are being made and ‘reserve’ them until they are finished. This is how we maintain our high standards.  It is impossible just to turn up in Zimbabwe and collect a show in a few weeks.  Our shows take at least 6 months of preparation and has taken 13 years to build up such an extensive range of works.

We usually travel with 2-3 sculptors every year, who hold demonstrations and help us build-up and breakdown the show. This is a great experience for the artists, both culturally and financially.  They usually return back home to be able to buy a house and a car, from the proceeds they earn from the sales of their sculptures.  Not to mention all the donations they receive and lifelong friends they make along the way.

The artists are an integral part of our show and are invited to also represent their fellow artists back home.

Just providing the opportunity for people to see the quality of sculpture that is being produced in Zimbabwe will be a surprise to most people. But even more important will be the way that the sculptures enhance the experience of visiting the garden.
