Linah Bakari was born on the 6th of February 1992 in Tengenenge Art Studio in Guruve.

She did her primary school at Horse shoe school. She started her primary level in 2000 and completed her grade 7 in 2007. She is the daughter of Bakari Manzi and her father died in 2001 .

She did not managed to complete her secondary education.

She stared sculpting at the age of 13 after she got the in inspiration from her father. In 2005 she exihibited in the International children ‘s exhibition and won a gold Medal.

She is maried to Taurai Rukodzi and is based in Tengenenge.
