Born in Mrewa, attended school up to ‘A’ Level at Murehwa High. Started sculpting at a tender age of nine whilst staying with Tapfuma Gutsa his teacher and mentor continued with his Uncle Dominic Benhura when Tapfuma moved to Shurungwi.

Patrick participated in exhibitions at home and abroad. His work portrays day to day life of the people around him and his environment.

Patrick is married and has one daughter Evelyn.
