Sculpture Courses for Adults and Children in Harare

6 September 2016

We’ve started rolling out sculpture courses for adults AND children here in Harare.

Did you know that Zimbabwe means ‘Great Stone House’?

Zimbabwe is the most renowned country in Africa for it’s stone sculpture.

Why not come and try your hand at stone sculpting for a morning or afternoon any day of the week?  A lovely experience to share with visiting friends or family too!  We also organise birthday parties for your creative children.

A minimum of 5 people is required or book yourself in to our next available group.  Children must be aged 5 years and up.

The course is run from our private residence in Greendale, Harare.

Starting from 9-12 or 2-5, costs include stone, tuition, tool usage and delicious snacks.

We can talk to you about the history of stone sculpture in Zimbabwe and about some of the top Zimbabwe sculptors currently touring the world with their skills.  Apprenticeships can also be discussed.
